You don't have to suffer with chronic pain

There are various reasons we develop chronic pain syndromes.  Previous accident injuries, falls, or other traumas are the obvious culprits.  But if we take a closer look at “micro traumas” or repetitve stress syndromes we see that the innocent desk job can be detrimental to your quality of life by causing chronic, nagging soreness, tightness, and pain.  Chronic upper back, neck, shoulder, and low back pain can be caused be prolonged sitting with poor posture over time.  Scar tissue and adhesions of muscles can develop and worsen over time and we can develop trigger points or knots of muscle in these areas.  By using various muscle release techniques, ultrasound therapy, chiropractic adjustments, and other physical therapies we can help break down this scar tissue and restore function to these areas.  If you you or someone close to you has chronic pain feel free to call us for a free consultation.
